Maintenance and Repair

CONTAINER MAINTENANCE SERVICES: When receiving empty containers whether via reposition order or returned from clients, our staff will carry out inspection according to IICL standard (or each client’s preferred criteria), document CEDEX Code, provide a list of estimated repair cost before submitting the estimate to the system for approval. Each client will receive a daily repair status update report as well as inspection report on repair and maintenance quality created by the yard’s quality control officers. UNICON can repair 100 forty-feet containers and 200 twenty-feet containers daily.

CLEANING: The incoming containers will be sorted and cleaned with fresh water and biochemical solution. Officers will then conduct quality control, label a sticker indicating the inspection results with specified date, month and year, provide a container signature and properly categorize the containers before handing them to the clients.
